Quality Warranty Agreement
 
1.Warranty Premise

A:  Manufacturer is willing to provide buyer some spare products to reduce the associated logistical cost incurred from the exchange of faulty products. Thus our warranty content won’t effect until the failure rate is over the following proportion.
With an additional 5 of the order quantity for lights lamps that are in 85 volts or higher
With an additional 3 of the order quantity for lights lamps that are in 36 volts or lower.
 
B: Consider the life-span and light degradation of led lamp will be different if it works under different environment, such as electricity net network or daily working time, etc. thus the test report on light degradation of each model we provide is only for your reference. We promise all data of test report is real and reliable, but the warranty is not including light degradation.
 
C: This contract has force and effect in the event of dispute

2.Warranty content

1)Buyer should inspect all products within 7 days once receive the products. If defective rate is found to be over 5 in each shipment, and products can not work under  manufacturer’s direction, buyer can return the faulty goods for analysis, if it is determined to be manufacturers fault after test, we will bear all associated freight cost and change the faulty products.
 
If defective rate is found to be over 1%, cant be used under manufacturers direction. Stop use and distribution first, if it is determined the fault from manufacturer, we will bear all associated freight cost and replace faulty products.
 
If the faulty is caused in the procedure of production, we will withdraw and change the whole batch, also bear all associated freight cost.
 
Define on faulty products: no functioning, blinking, have 3pcs or more failed LEDs in each miniwatt lights. The manufacturer also reserves the rights to make the final decision on the recall of the entire shipment.
 
2). We provide three years warranty , following is associated warranty term under different date.
 
A. If faulty product is found within 3 months after we deliver the products. defective rate is higher than our spare products rate, Also get final confirmation from manufacturer, we will bear a one-time of two-way shipping cost and replace faulty products.
 
B. If faulty products is found within 6 months after we deliver the products, defective rate is higher than replacement rate, Also get final confirmation from manufacturer, manufacturer will provide a free repair and bear a one-time of two-way shipping cost
 
C. If faulty product is found within 36 months after we deliver the products. Also get final confirmation from manufacturer, manufacturer will provide a free repair, but won’t bear associated shipping cost.
 
D. Out of our warranty date, we can provide charged repair (charge component cost only), or guide the service person of buyer.
 
E. We can provide free technical direction and technical material for all of our buyers, welcome to our company for training.

3. the warranty will be void if

(1)The usage of the product did not conform to the product manual or specification

(2)The bulb lamp failed as a result of attempts made by the user/s to repair the bulbs

(3)The bulbs lamp are damaged as a result of misuse or negligence

 (4)The label on the products with the manufacturing date is removed or artificially amended

4.withdraw procedure

Need to proceed to following procedure before the withdraw.                   .                                                      
 
A. Contact our sales to get complaint sheet in which list all question in detailed, fill the blank and send back.
B. Engineer of manufacturer will analyzes reason of faulty product, if we can find the reason through the description from buyer, will give solution within one week.
 
C. If cant know reason of faulty products from the complaint sheet, inform buyer to send contract copy and faulty product samples back, if it is product faulty after our test, we will bear the freight cost of faulty products. At same time, we will give withdraw requisition to buyer, buyer send faulty products back according to above item 1-4.
We can accept the faulty products and repair them for buyer if it is proved to be fault from buyer, buyer also should bear the associated freight cost.
 
D. In the event of dispute on the cause of failure, the contested product(s) will be sent to an independent third-party for assessment and the cost of assessment should be beared by fault party.
